How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ron was a graphic artis major at the U of D and worked in screen printing during college. He turned that into a career at New Image Inc. Nancy's backgound is in business management. So, together, they've got all the important business talents covered!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
New Image Inc. not only provides the custom screen printing that our customers love but also has custom digital full color transfer technology as well. In addition we produce banners and signs on the premises. We also offer all the imprintable promotional products and office stationary, business cards and more. We can truly be your "One Stop Shop!" One thing that differentiates New Image Inc. is that we do experimental printing and printing on unusual items. We have printed parts for the space shuttle, rugs for the White House, cylinders of Delaware Blue Rock, and more!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
New Image just relocated to the Dover area but we deliver to New Castle County on a weekly basis. Our new location is just west of Cheswold, DE.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Checks with ID, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Which areas do you service?
We primarily serve the tri-state area but have shipped orders to foreign countries and all over the USA as well.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
New Image Inc is a Woman Owned Enterprise. The CEO is Nancy Quade
What are your hours of operation?
New Image Inc is open from 9 am - 4 pm, Monday thru Friday.
