I have been servicing computers for major corporations since 1988. I started my own business in 2009 so that I could service residential and small businesses as well.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary service is repairing and servicing personal computers. I am Microsoft certified and have been servicing computer hardware and software since 1988.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been servicing computers for major coroprations since 1988. I have had many employees of these companies approach me asking if I couls fix their home computer. Since there is such demand for this service, I opened OneStopTechPro to provide the same quality service for individuals and small businesses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have been in this business for over 20 years. My experience has enabled me to provide quality service and discuss the technical aspects of the customer's computer in plain english.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have one office and do not have plans at this time to expand. Since I provide service in your home or place of business as well as drop off service, there is no need for me to expand.
