Poor quality,very poor customer service, and they don't seem to want to change. Very poor management

beware, they will not honor your warranty if your dealer goes out of business.

I had Slocomb Industries replace my windows in the late '70's, and I still have 'em. Some of the vinyl is getting a little brittle after 40 years, but they still work well and do a terrific job of sealing out the air. In the late '90's, three panes of insulated glass began to "smoke," but Slocomb replaced them free of charge. My neighbors bought some replacements at HD, and my 40 year old windows are still better than their new ones. If I ever have to replace mine, I'll definitely give Slocomb a shout.
